Wednesday, June 17, 2020
We are practicing social distancing to keep you safe.
  • We've provided floor markings for your convenience and safety.
  • If all the marks are full, please wait outside until a spot opens up.
  • Place your transaction on the counter and step back while we process your transaction.
  • Stay at least 6 feet away from other customers and CSB team members at all times.
We appreciate your business and thank you in advance for helping everyone stay safe and healthy.

To our valued Central State Bank clients,

Thank you again for your continued patience and flexibility as we deal with the

ever-changing landscape surrounding COVID-19.  Our primary commitment remains balancing the safety of our clients and employees while remaining available to provide the banking services our clients and communities rely on us for.

The next step in that balance is to close our lobbies to client traffic.  Beginning Wednesday, March 18, our lobbies and facilities will be closed to client traffic.  We will remain open and staffed to service your banking needs through our drive-up locations, online and mobile banking and bill pay, as well as our ATMs.  In-person banking needs, such as loan closings, will be conducted by appointment only.  A CSB team member will be in touch to either confirm scheduled appointments and/or to make alternate arrangements.

As always, please reach out to your Central State Bank representative with questions or concerns and thoughts on how we can be most helpful during this time.

Sincerely,

Greg Johnson
President & Chief Executive Officer

To our valued Central State Bank clients,

As we all work to navigate the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and the impact it has on our daily lives, Central State Bank remains committed to supporting our clients by providing continuity in banking services.  As a financial institution, we plan and prepare for times like this and that preparation will prove key in the coming days.  We are following daily developments closely and prioritizing the health and wellbeing of our employees, clients and families while keeping our local communities and Central State Bank moving forward.

We are working to equip our staff with remote access that will allow us to continue to support all our clients without interruption.  We are fortunate to have the tools in place through both online and mobile banking as well as ATM services to fulfill our clients’ banking needs.  I encourage you to contact us if you are not currently signed up for these services.

Executive management at Central State Bank is continuously evaluating the steps that should be taken to protect both our employees and clients in these uncertain times.  We are following the guidance that is being provided to us directly from local, state, and federal authorities along with the regulatory agencies that govern our operations.  We have equipped our locations with the resources currently recommended by the CDC.  If adjustments to branch locations and/or hours become necessary, we will communicate that to our client base and will continue to leverage technology to service client needs.

As a community bank, we remain committed to supporting our local communities through what promises to be challenging times ahead and by doing our part to slow the spread of this virus.  Please reach out to your Central State Bank representative with questions or thoughts on how we can be most helpful.

Sincerely,

Greg Johnson
